Only 2 homepages. Themes in this price range often come with 5–10 demos. If your client wants something slightly different from the 2 included layouts, you’ll be customizing more than expected.

Not Gutenberg-optimized. Gutenberg is growing fast. If WordPress’s block editor becomes the dominant workflow in your stack, Agrox’s heavy Elementor dependency might feel limiting in a couple of years.
